Three ways people use it
There is no technique to learn and no wrong way to do it.
Underfoot
Ball on the floor, foot on the ball. Roll from the heel to the base of the toes, then back. Standing gives you more pressure than sitting.
In your hands
Roll it between both palms, or press it into the base of your thumb. Useful after a long stretch of typing.
Along your legs
Sit on the floor and run it down a calf or the back of a thigh, using your own weight to decide how deep it goes.
Questions
How hard is it?
That is up to you rather than up to the ball. It does not press into you — you press into it. Sitting down and resting a foot on it is gentle. Standing up and putting your weight through it is not.
Is it cheaper to buy more than one?
Yes. One is $25.00. Two is $35.00, which is $17.50 each. Three is $49.00, which is $16.33 each. The pack price applies on its own in the cart, there is no code to enter.
They do not have to be the same colour. Three different colours still counts as three and still costs $49.00.
How big is it?
It sits in the palm of your hand — small enough to close your fingers around, big enough to cover the arch of a foot.
What is it made of?
TPE, a flexible rubber-like material. There is nothing electronic inside it.
Does it need charging or batteries?
No. There is no motor, no battery and no cable. It is a solid object with a textured surface, and that is the whole product.
Can I use it anywhere other than my feet?
Yes — hands and legs are the other two places it is designed for. Feet are simply where most people start.
What comes in the box?
One ball, in the color you choose. No case, no manual, no accessories.
