Who can order

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colors can look different from one screen to another. We may change prices or stop selling a product at any time without notice.

We may refuse or cancel any order, including one where an item was listed at the wrong price. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we refund it in full.

What this product is, and what it isn't

Our massage ball is a general wellness accessory. It is not a medical device. Nothing on this site is medical advice, and nothing we sell is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition.

If you have an injury, a medical condition, or any doubt about whether this is right for you, talk to a qualified healthcare professional before using it.

Using it safely

Use only as much pressure as is comfortable, and stop if it hurts. Keep it away from small children, who could trip on it or put it in their mouth. Use it on a stable surface.

Orders and payment

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for every purchase. Payment is taken at checkout.
