Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all 50 US states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We don't currently ship outside the United States.

What shipping costs

Shipping is free on every order. The price on the product page is the price you pay — no shipping charge is added at checkout, and there's no minimum to qualify.

Processing

Your order is sent to our fulfillment partner as soon as it's placed. We don't quote a separate processing time — the estimate below covers the whole journey, from the moment you order to the moment it reaches your door.

How long delivery takes

Most US orders arrive within 8 to 16 days of being placed.

That's an estimate rather than a guarantee. Carrier delays, customs and federal holidays can add time.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking sometimes takes a few days to start updating after the number is issued.

Check your address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away through the Contact page — we can usually correct it before the order ships. We can't recover a package sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.

Late or missing packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, contact us and we'll track it down with the carrier.
